Registration

01. Overall Symposium Sponsor – Best Value with the most visibility – $2,000.00
This sponsorship is an overall sponsorship for the entire Symposium. This sponsorship allows for a Gold Level Exhibit at the Sponsor Appreciation Reception, a sponsorship ad, company recognition each day during the symposium and two complimentary Symposium registrations.
02. Gold Level Exhibitor Sponsor – $1,500.00
Only 4 Available There will be 4 exhibits in the center of the Exhibit Ballroom that are 8 x 6 pipe and drape. This is the most recognized part of the Exhibit Hall. There will be a Sponsor Appreciation Reception on Monday, March 9, 2026 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm in Ballroom I-II.
03. Exhibitor Sponsor – $925.00
Only 4 Available There will be 4 exhibits in the center of the Exhibit Ballroom that are 8 x 6 pipe and drape. This is the most recognized part of the Exhibit Hall. There will be a Sponsor Appreciation Reception on Monday, March 9, 2026 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm in Ballroom I-II.
04. Non-Profits Exhibitor – $150.00
This allows for a 6-foot tabletop exhibit with company recognition during the symposium promotions. The Non-Profit Exhibit does not include attendance at the Monday or Tuesday Luncheons.
05. Luncheon Sponsor – $2,000.00
This allows for sponsorship of the Monday, March 9 or Tuesday, March 10 Luncheon for all Symposium Attendees. There are 3 complimentary lunches
available for the luncheon sponsor with verbal recognition provided. The sponsorship amount of $2000 is less than the actual hotel cost.
06. Break Sponsor – $350.00
This allows for sponsorship of a morning or afternoon break on Monday or Tuesday. The program schedule has built in time for the breaks and interaction with the exhibitors. Break Sponsors are encouraged to display company signage and provide materials. The breaks may be jointly sponsored with another company.
07. Registration Sponsor – $500.00
The Registration Sponsor includes signage at the main registration desk; one complimentary Symposium Registration and one complimentary ticket for the Monday, March 9, 2026 Membership Luncheon.

Exhibitor Hours

Sunday, 3-8-26; Exhibit Set Up -2:00- 5:00 pm; Welcome Reception Poolside 5:00 - 7:00 pm.

Monday, 3-9-26; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm - Exhibit Hours. Sponsor and Exhibitor Reception - Ballroom I and II; 5:00 - 7:30 pm.
Tuesday, 3-10-26; 8:00 am - 4:00 pm - Exhibit Hours. Exhibit dismantling starts at 4:00 pm.

Exhibitors/Sponsors

Prominently featured information on Symposium homepage and in dedicated areas.
Exhibitor booths will be located in Ballrooms I and II, close to the educational sessions and the registration desk. In the exhibit area, exhibitors can display details about their company and booth staff can highlight their products and services.
Built in Exhibitor Networking time so attendees can meet with exhibitors/sponsors either in a one-to-one or one-to-many setting.

Exhibitor Costs

Gold Level Exhibit - $1500 (4 are available)

This is a highly visible pipe and drape booth that is an 8' x 8' located in the middle of Ballroom I and II. Includes Sponsor and Exhibitor Reception Official Sponsorship with recognition throughout the Symposium. Two complimentary Symposium registrations and three complimentary lunch tickets provided for the Monday, March 9, 2026 EMAT Membership Luncheon.

Standard Exhibit - $925 (25 are available)

This allows for a 6-foot tabletop exhibit booth, company recognition each day during the symposium and two complimentary Symposium registrations. It also allows for two complimentary membership lunches on Monday, March 17, 2025. Exhibitors are allowed to attend the President and Board of Director’s Reception for $25 on Monday, March 17, 2025 at the TEEX Disaster Training City, just a short distance from the College Station Hilton Hotel. Transportation provided.

Non-Profit Exhibitor - $150 (2 are available)

This allows for an exhibit booth, company recognition during the symposium and one complimentary membership luncheons on March 9, 2026.

Luncheon Sponsor - $2000 - (2 available)

This allows for sponsorship of the Monday or Tuesday Luncheon for all Symposium Attendees. Company signage and an introduction are included. There are 3 complimentary lunches available for the luncheon sponsor.

Break Sponsor- $350 (4 are available)

This allows for sponsorship of a morning or afternoon break on Monday or Tuesday. The program schedule has built in time for the breaks and interaction with the exhibitors.
