President and Board of Director's Reception - $2500 (Two are available)

This allows for sponsorship of the dinner, drinks, food and transportation at Hayes County Barbecue.  This lively event allows for networking event outside of the Embassy Suites in a festive environment.  Recognition and 4 complimentary Symposium registrations are provided.   

Gold Exhibitor - $1000 (Ten are available)

This allows for an exhibit booth, company recognition each day during the symposium and three complimentary Symposium registrations. Also includes lunch for two on Monday, February 13, 2023.

Luncheon - $1500 (Two are available) 

This allows for sponsorship of the Monday, February 13, 2023 or the February 14, 2023 member luncheons.   Recognition during the luncheon, promotional materials are provided and two complimentary Symposium Registrations.

Break - $500 (Five are available)

This allows for sponsorship of a morning or afternoon refreshment break on Monday, February 12 and 13, 2023.   One morning break is available on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.  Each break sponsorship include one complimentary Symposium Registration.

Standard Level (Non-Profits) Exhibitor - $45 (Five are available)

This allows for an exhibit booth, company recognition during the symposium, one complimentary Symposium registration.

Program Sponsor | $2000 (One available)

This allows for a company recognition each day during the symposium, two complimentary Symposium registrations, branded recognition for all tracks for the entire symposium.

Track Sponsor | $1000 (Four are available)

This allows for company recognition each day during the symposium, two complimentary Symposium registrations, branded recognition for the entire symposium.
