Passing of Pasadena EMC Frank Bengochea

EMAT Members,

It is with great sadness that we inform you about the passing of Frank Bengochea, Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Pasadena. Frank was a member of EMAT and a highly respected colleague in our community. Along with storied career in public safety, Frank was a friend and partner to many in southeast Texas and across the state.

Frank exemplified excellence in public service and our community is safer and more secure for his service.
