FEMA releases Geology Field Reconnaissance & Pipeline Inspector position descriptions

On October 13, 2020, FEMA’s National Integration Center (NIC) released the Geology Field Reconnaissance and Pipeline Inspector position descriptions and the Geology Field Reconnaissance resource typing document. These documents can be found on the Resource Typing Library Tool.

The release includes:

Geology Field Reconnaissance Team
Geology Field Reconnaissance Specialist
Geological Survey Support Specialist
Pipeline Inspector

Geology Field Reconnaissance and Pipeline Inspector positions and the Geology Field Reconnaissance resource typing document will support the augmentation of the FEMA workforce during disaster operations.
