On June 1, 2020, FEMA released version 4 of the Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide (PAPPG).  The PAPPG provides an overview of the PA Program and combines all Public Assistance (PA) policy into a single document.  The PAPPG applies to all incidents declared on or after June 1, 2020.

The PAPPG clarifies Applicant, Emergency Work, Permanent Work, and Cost Eligibility, and incorporated standardized administrative policy and documentation requirements.
