CISA Launches RVWP

On January 30, 2023, the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) launched the Ransomware Vulnerability Warning Pilot (RVWP) required by the Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act (CIRCIA) of 2022, 6 USC 652, §105. RVWP is designed to warn critical infrastructure entities that their systems have exposed vulnerabilities that may be exploited by ransomware threat actors.
