FEMA Closing COVID-19 Declaration

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has published the required 90-day notice in the Federal Register that the incident period for all COVID 19 major disaster declarations, related amendments, and the nationwide emergency declaration will close effective Thursday, May 11, 2023. Eligibility of work and reimbursable costs through Public Assistance (PA) program funding will end on that date.
