New Interoperable Communications Guide Released

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Interoperable Communications Technical Assistance Program (ICTAP) has published the revised Technical Assistance Service Offerings Guide (TA-SOG) Version 7.0 that provides an overview of the technical assistance program CISA offers to state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) partners. The TA-SOG includes an updated All-Hazards Communications Unit Awareness Overview, a refreshed Communication Assets Survey and Mapping (CASM) toll, and a cybersecurity focus area of the Statewide Communication Interoperability Plan (SCIP) Workshop. CISA now offers technical assistance at no cost and are not limited to fiscal years.
